Apace Media Plc joins share matching facility following delisting from Aim on 15th March 2010

  • Apace Rights ownership and exploitation of music publishing rights

Eastern European Broadcasting

 

Apace Media owns 50% of Balkan Media Group Limited (BMGL), a joint venture with Modern Times Group (MTG), the international entertainment and broadcasting group (www.mtg.se). BMGL owns 10% of Nova Televizia (Nova), the number two terrestrial broadcaster in Bulgaria. Nova owns the Diema and MM channels formerly owned directly by Apace.

  • DiemaThree channels offering news, movies, family viewing and top sporting action.
  • MM Televizia - A Bulgarian music channel: distributed via satellite and cable.
  • Nova – Nova TV's high-quality news and political shows have become its trademark.
